Ken was born in Youngstown, Ohio in 1955 and moved with his family to Sarasota, Florida in 1969. Ken graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in 1977. Ken started out as an apprentice to a local framing crew eager to do whatever was needed and learning the very basics of home building. He then moved on to be a Project Manager working locally with national homebuilder US Home. In 1983, Ken became a Florida State Certified Building Contractor. The following year Ken, together with his wife Brenda, branched out into their own home building business . During the years since, Ken has developed numerous award-winning communities on the West Coast of Florida and built over 1600 homes. Ken is exceptionally talented in bringing together the perfect team to create beautiful and quality custom built homes. He has the knack of taking your custom home desires and inspirations and truly envisioning “the big picture”. In his free time, Ken is an avid aviator, with a Commercial Pilot’s license, and enjoys taking his family on many flying adventures. <br>
